Prague to Host Conference on CEE Universities Ranking Strategies

CURG (Czech Universities Ranking Group), in cooperation with QS, THE, and Elsevier, is organizing the international conference “CEE Universities Ranking Strategies”, which will take place on November 3 – 4, 2025, at VSE/Prague University of Economics and Business. We warmly invite representatives of academia, researchers, and higher education managers to join the discussion on the future of university rankings in Central and Eastern Europe.

In today’s globalized higher education landscape, university rankings are no longer just a matter of prestige—they have become strategic tools that influence reputation, student recruitment, international partnerships, and the overall quality of education. Strong performance in global rankings is a mark of academic excellence and credibility, while significantly strengthening the competitiveness of universities in Central Europe.
